Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust without pulling the tape too tight.
With your arm straight, measure from the base of your neck, across your shoulder, and down your arm to your wrist.
Measure from the prominent bone at the base of your neck down to your natural waistline.
Measure across your back from shoulder to shoulder.
With your arm slightly bent, measure from your armpit down to your wrist.
Measure around the widest part of your upper arm, above the elbow.
