Before You BookAre products included in the price?
Yes. Everything used during your appointment is included. Products you choose to take home are billed separately, and only if you ask for them.
Can I combine two services in one visit?
You can. Book them back to back and we hold the room for the full block. Packages already bundle the most requested pairings at a lower rate.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Styling, trend coaching, and personal shopping all run over video at the same standard. Beauty treatments are in person only.
What if I do not know what suits me?
That is the most common reason people book. We work out what fits your face, skin, and lifestyle, then show you how to repeat it.
Do prices change for longer appointments?
The listed price covers the duration shown. If your service needs extra time, we tell you the added cost before we start, never after.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, part of the service price is held to cover the reserved time.
