Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Cost: Free on orders over $75. $5.95 flat rate for orders under $75.

Standard shipping is our preferred method, offering a practical mix of affordability and ease. Your order is carefully packed at our Saint Petersburg studio and shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier can provide the best service to your location.
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: $12.95 flat rate
- Delivery Timeframe: 2 business days
- Coverage Area: Continental U.S. (48 states)
Need your items sooner? Our expedited option ensures your Hotscope selections arrive quickly. Orders submitted by 12 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day. Those placed after 12 PM EST or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Priority Shipping
- Cost: $19.95 flat rate
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will arrive on the following business day.
- Coverage Area: Continental U.S. (48 states)
For those moments when you need something for an upcoming event or special occasion, our priority shipping ensures your items arrive the next business day when ordered before noon EST on business days.
- Local Pickup (Saint Petersburg Area)
- Cost: Free
- Availability: Orders are typically ready within 2 hours during business hours
If you’re in the Saint Petersburg area, you’re welcome to pick up your online orders at our studio. Choose “Local Pickup” during checkout, and we’ll notify you by email once your order is prepared. A photo ID is required for pickup.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please note that delivery estimates may vary for P.O. Box addresses, and overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

- United Kingdom, Europe, Australia: $24.95 flat rate

Important Notes on International Orders:
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

- Not all Hotscope products are available for international shipping due to varying regulations.

All orders undergo our quality check process before shipping:

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. During busy periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 2 business days.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also monitor your shipment by:

- Clicking “Order History”
- Selecting the order you wish to track
- Clicking “Track Shipment”
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Hotscope cannot be held liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Package Safety
We recommend shipping to addresses where someone can receive the package or to a secure location. For your protection, signature confirmation is automatically added to:
- Orders over $150
- All international shipments
- Shipments to certain zip codes with high package theft rates
Missed Deliveries
If a signature is required and you miss the delivery:
- The carrier will typically make two additional attempts
- After three attempts, the package will be held at the nearest carrier facility
- You’ll be provided with directions on how to collect your package or arrange a new delivery time.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, certain factors outside our control may cause delays:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs delays (international orders)
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays)

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
Our careful packaging usually prevents damage during transit, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 1-2 business days
