- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Exchange or store credit is available if preferred.

- Sealed and unopened beauty products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
